Saturdays are a good day to grab a drink and a charcuterie board! In the last few months, I have been seeing so many charcuterie boards on people's Instagram and envied how boujee they looked. So what is a charcuterie board you may ask? According to Wikipedia (what a great source, right?) "Charcuterie is a French term for a branch of cooking devoted to prepared meat products, such as bacon, ham, sausage, terrines, galantines, ballotines, pâtés, and confit, primarily from pork."
So after months of seeing people on picnics with a charcuterie board, luckily I was introduced to a local small business that made charcuterie boards, and of course, I had to order one (okay maybe like 3 boxes) and show you guys.
Krafted Boxes, a small business ran by Jessica Park. Before the pandemic, she was a chef instructor at Tspoonscooking school In San Juan Capistrano. Unfortunately, like many others, she was not able to do her job full time but she was able to take this time to create Krafted Boxes.

It's been great meeting so many new people and providing Krafted Boxes for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or the occasional lunch/dinner appetizer.
Her favorite product is the Krafted Platter because it is a larger and more "open canvas" for her to show her creativity and has a large assortment of cheeses and charcuteries. The menu has endless options from boxes that feed 2 - 4 people like the Original Krafted Box or you can order the Mini Snack Krafted Boxes for a quick snack.
I love Krafted Boxes because I get to use my creativity and knowledge of foods that compliment each other. My business is a way to connect family and friends together for celebration, fun, laughter and good eats.

I am so happy that I was introduced to Krafted Boxes and have been able to chat with Jessica some more. She is a hard worker and making a bunch of orders on a daily basis. She is one of the seewtest people I've ever met (must be why her boxes are so damn delicious!)
These boxes are so great for girls night, in fact I just had to order a chacuterie platter for tonight!
Of course I had to take some pictures fireside. The board fit perfectly with today's outfit. I got the Dessert Krafted Box. I abosultely LOVED the box and shared it alongside my girls! It was the perfect way to spend time on a Saturday!

This was the best box ever and I am so happy I met Jessica and found Krafted Boxes!
- ciao!
