Finals Week is Here. Let's Do a Mental Health Check-Up Y'all!

So since most of you guys are college students here's a post for you! Finals week a week that so many hate, including myself. But hey, once finals are over it's time for Winter break!


The first thing to remember during finals week is that we should all check on our mental health. This year has already been crappy and we've had to stay at home most of the time which has definitely made me go a little crazy. Our mental health should always be our top priority and sometimes we can lose that when we have a lot going in our lives. Finals is one week so remember to not let it take over your whole life.

Here's a cute little graphic to help you or someone you know destress during finals or really anytime. And I think an important saying that more people should be more used to is, "it's okay not being okay." So many go through things that we don't even know about but that's why she should always lend out a helping hand.

I also really love this graphic, it helps me ground myself and take a second to relax. A lot of people do not like to share when they are going through something and that's perfectly okay. Just know people are always there for you.


Whenever I'm stressed I like to take a bath and use a nice body-scrub, take a nap, and online shop (which is really a problem for me).


But do what makes you happy, call a friend, go for a walk, or do whatever you want!


So, let's get through this week and every week forward!
