A "statement piece" has been used in the fashion world for some time now. According to the online website, Bustle, "The concept of "making a statement" in fashion can be attributed to the ubiquity of street style blogs." Whether it be a chunky gold chain or something that just gives your outfit more oomph to it. So we've all seen (I'm assuming here) a "statement piece" but what about instead of jewelry it's your nails?!

Brooklynn Rhayne is a local nail esthetician who started her nail business in April of 2019 now has over 3,000 followers on Instagram and a bunch of clients. On October 3rd, she came out with her very own Mean Girls themed acrylic powder line and within 2.5 weeks she was sold out of 6 out of 8 of her powders. Her Instagram shows off all of the amazing work she has done most of them being freehand.

"I love giving my clients the confidence to feel and look like the true bad bitch they are. most girls come in shy and then end up leaving with a brand new personality"

"I think I defiantly attracted a crowd of clients who have the same kind of personality as me."

Brooklynn has always had a sense of style and has never been afraid to show off her fashion sense (which I mean look at that picture OMG). She is never afraid to try something new and she literally pulls off anything she wears. If you look at her Instagram you can see a confident, independent, "pink-loving baddie" from just one post! "My overall aesthetic of business really plays a role in who I am and what my brand stands for." Her style is defiantly not in just one category, she is always up to date on the newest trends from y2k vibes to babydoll angels.

"I feel like a nail set really can show how you are as a person."

As someone who has seen Brooklynn launch her business and become such a success, I have never been so proud. She has always been a hard worker, humble, and genuine in her work. If you ever need nails for a special occasion or just to feel like a bad bitch book your next appointment with Brooklynn!
