A well-needed break

Hi! I wanted to come in and check in <3

I took last week off to enjoy Thanksgiving break and have a break away from my laptop. Even though my laptop has Netlfix and Hulu I just couldn't stand to stare at a screen for another 24 hours.

This is my third year in college I have failed classes, switched majors, taken classes at different schools, added a minor, and nothing has been more stressful than Zoom University. To be quite frank this sucks ass (that is the nicest I can ever put it). This year I feel like I have no motivation to do projects and assignments and I mean I'm a Virgo, that is my life! But honestly, school is kicking my ass mentally, I am getting okay - really good grades, but I just do not enjoy it.

You would think laying in bed with a camera off could be the "life" but it has made me so much lazier. Now I never want to get out of bed and barely change out of my pjs. Maybe if I was online somewhere or in a foreign place I would enjoy it more.

Like I mean look at this girl, she looks like she is living her life (well not with the cigarette bc that sh*t kills) reading a newspaper carefree. Like I just need to be her, I don't her name, life, or story but I legit want to be here just because she looks so cool. (this is a little sad, huh?) Maybe by writing this post I can get out of my funk.

So let's see, how can I live a wanna be lavish lifestyle? Let's start with this trip to New York! The dates are set, the flights are like 89% set, and the Airbnb is about to be booked! Planning to go during Spring Break so I don't have to worry about school and just explore the city.

This post is kind of all over the place but I just needed to vent to you all. School is hard and there is no doubt about that. Winter break is about to be here and I cannot wait for that. That really just means more hours to work which is a little tiring but gotta pay for New York somehow right?

Okay you guys, I hope you are all taking care of yourselves. Let's talk about self-love soon! Drink water, take a nap or a bath, and do whatever the F you want to do!
